| Our hovercraft is extremely useful for tasks involving victims who have gone through the ice and is capable of carrying up to three personnel including a victim. | |||

| Our team has access to numerous snowmobiles, ATVs, 4x4s, and other vehicles. | |||
Rescue Trailer (donated by the Western Sno-Riders) |

| Our Rescue Trailer can be outfitted with skis or wheels depending on the environment, and can be towed by a snowmobile, ATV, or personal vehicle. | |||

Horses and Riders |

| Generously provided to us by Humber River Ranch (709.635.8200) are 2-3 horses and trailering to and from searches. Several of our team members are experienced riders along with their search and rescue training. Horses provide a surefooted, multi-purpose vehicle that is quiet (important when listening for lost people) and can go places that machines cannot traverse. | |||
First Aid Equipment |

Our team has a vast variety of first aid equipment and personnel trained to use it. We have evacuation gear, lighting, trauma packs, a defibrillator, and a well-stocked First Aid trailer that can be pulled behind a personal vehicle or towed behind a snowmobile or ATV. |

Maps, GPS Units, and Radios |

Our team has Touratech capabilities and software, several GPS units, maps, marine charts, and several land/marine VHF radio units with mobile repeater. All team members are trained in map and compass and radio operation and can serve as flankers/navigation help. |
